Financial Information
We appreciate you trusting us to provide quality dental care services for your child. Listed below is the office policy and information regarding financial matters.
- We accept payment of cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.
- We work with all Major PPO'S and offer Flexible payment options
- Your insurance contract is between you, your employer, and the insurance company.
- We are happy to submit all insurance claims for payment once you have provided us with all necessary information and eligibility has been confirmed. Payment is due at the time service is rendered if you cannot provide this insurance information.
- Any amount not covered by your insurance carrier, such as co-payments and deductibles, will be your financial responsibility.
- After 90 days from your child's appointment date you will be responsible for payment if your insurance has not paid.
- Every family has their specific financial situations. Please contact our office to explore options to work with you personally since Dr. Mary takes great pride in providing quality dental services for children in the community.
- This office does not accept Medicaid or New Jersey Kid Care. We refer these patients to Department of Pediatric Dentistry at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, 110 Bergen Street, Newark, NJ. Telephone # 973-972-4620
