Appointment Policies
- The scheduled appointment is reserved specifically for your child. I f a cancellation is unavoidable, please call the office at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. The child’s appointment will be confirmed via phone, e-mail, and/or text.
- Please plan to arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment. New patients should arrive 10 minutes earlier. This will allow time to complete or update any additional paperwork and give your child a little time to visit the game room and relax before the dental visit.
- We strive to see all patients on time for their scheduled appointment. There are times when our schedule is delayed in order to accommodate and injured child or an emergency. Please accept our apology in advance should this occur during your appointment.
- Missed or broken appointments affect many people. If two (2) broken/missed appointments occur without 24 hour notice, our office reserves the right to not schedule any subsequent appointments.
